Redrow's innovative Debut range has won several national and regional awards for its efforts to solve the affordability crisis faced by first time buyers.

These awards have also recognised the pioneering design of Debut, Redrow's commitment to modern methods of construction and sustainability, and the company's efforts to prevent buy-to-let investors and property speculators from cashing in on Debut's affordable price-tag. Recent honours include:

  • Eco Homes - Environmental Assessment Award:

    Eco-Excellent rating for the following developments: Willans Green, Buckshaw Village, Castle Vale, Pavilion Lock and St David's Park

  • 2006 Building Awards - Major Housebuilder of the Year:
