The Debut Management Company is a wholly owned property management subsidiary of Redrow. Our expertise ensures that Debut developments are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.
The following aspects of your new Debut home are covered by the Debut Management Company:
- 1. External painting and repairs to the external walls and roof of your property.
- 2. Maintenance of all communal parking areas, roads, footpaths and hardstandings other than those adopted by the local Highway Authority.
- 3. Maintenance of all communal planted areas.
- 4. Maintenance of drainage systems outside your property other than those adopted by the Water Company.
- 5. Maintenance of all service installations outside your property but within the site boundary, including plant rooms.
- 6. Maintenance of bin stores, cycle stores & communal stairs.
- 7. Window cleaning with the exception of French windows where applicable.
- 8. Maintenance of communal heating boilers and hot water heaters.
- 9. Arrangement of buildings and terrorist insurance cover.
- 10. Management and billing of utilities.
At the end of the day you'll only need to take care of the inside of your Debut home and arrange your contents insurance and council tax while we take care of the rest.
