As a leasehold development, you can be sure that your new Debut home sets new standards in quality, not just affordability. The lease has been carefully designed to ensure you get the most from your new property, including access to all community and amenity areas, along with helpful 'good neighbour' guidelines for the benefit of all residents.
The lease is set for a term of 125 years, with a yearly ground rent of between £60 and £120 depending on the size of your property.
Service Charge
The customer will pay to Debut Management Company Limited ("DMC") an annual maintenance charge (payable monthly by direct debit). In return Debut Management Company will provide to the customer the management services provided for in the Lease in respect of the Development which will include the following:
- 1. The cleaning of communal areas and stairs bin/cycle stores and external window cleaning on a monthly basis
- 2. General repairs and maintenance of the exterior of the buildings communal and garden areas, roadways and car parking courts
- 3. Insurance of the Development (including Public Liability and Terrorism insurance)
- 4. Administrative fees
- 5. Amenity services such as: water, electric and gas (if applicable)
Ground Rent
Ground rent will be collected by Direct Debit on a monthly basis.
