How much deposit will I have to pay?
Please check with the sales consultant at the development of your choice to find out the amount payable to secure your chosen plot as this varies from development to development. The minimum amount payable is 3%.

No, we're afraid not. It is considered to be inappropriate as the outdoor areas are communal and open to all residents.
